Part-time Private PA Job Description
A HNW family seek a keen, hardworking and trustworthy part-time Private PA to assist them at their home in West London. They are looking for someone who has had experience working as a PA in a corporate or luxury setting. They are also interested in those coming from similar roles within the UHNW / luxury world, as long as they have demonstrated very strong administrative skills. For example, someone coming from luxury travel, yachting or a concierge business.
This is a part-time Private PA role that will be 3-4 full days a week or reduced hours five days a week.

Part-time Private PA Job Specifics:
- Part-time Private PA hours to be discussed to suit both parties - 3-4 full days or reduced hours 5 days a week
- Salary: £35K - £50K pro rata (may be flexibility up to £55K pro rata for the right candidate)
- Start date: happy to wait a notice period
- Holiday: 25 days a year + bank holidays
- Location: central London

Part-time Private PA Responsibilities:
- The role will involve the management of two separate diaries and the children’s schedules
- Property management and the overseeing of household staff – these are all live-out
- Assisting in the well-being of the family
- Booking luxury travel, conducting research and creating itineraries
- The family like to entertain so there will be a lot of event management in this role. It is also important to exercise discretion when dealing with high-profile guests
- Organising the children’s afterschool activities and any tutors
- Invoices and expenses
- Shopping for the household
- Assisting with any business errands and projects for the wife and her luxury business
- Managing a huge property renovation, liaising with architects, planning permission, interior designers and keeping strict budget records etc.
- Luxury lifestyle management
- Managing memberships and keeping on top of London’s hospitality scene – what’s hot and what’s not
Part-time Private PA Attributes & Experience:
- A high level of professionalism and discretion to be exercised at all times
- Good at remaining calm under pressure
- Highly organised
- Strong communication skills
- Highly personable and outgoing
- Prior PA experience desired
- Minimum of 3-4 years' professional experience with strong diary management skills
- Prior experience of dealing with high-net-worth individuals
