Part Time Events Administrator Responsibilities:
- Effectively support with the coordination of both internal and external events.
- Work in line with the company events programme, supporting with the full planning and implementation of events and post event procedures.
- Ensure that online events/webinars are delivered effectively.
- Coordinate any operational event requirements such as logistics, attendee management processes and producing event documentation.
- Answer any queries both over the phone and via the events inbox.
- Maintain and manage events data on the internal system.
- Manage and develop relationships with industry partners.
- Distribution of marketing material in support of events.
- Researching potential events venues and negotiating on rates and other variables.
- Manage relations with event volunteer networks, providing events info in a timely manner.
- Utilise data from internal system to effectively support event marketing campaigns and work with marketing department to support the overall event marketing strategy.
- Attendance at company events as required and supporting delivery of events on the day.
- An understanding of events coordination would be advantageous.
- Any experience of online events/webinars would be beneficial.
- Strong IT skills (internal CRM, Excel etc).
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Quality communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
