Part Time FashionAdministrator Salary: £17,000 - £20,000

Office Based Role

Based in Hammersmith

A global fashion design and manufacturer that has recently opened a London office in Hammersmith, are looking for highly organised Part time Fashion Administrator. As the Fashion Administrator, you will handle/manage a range of tasks including dealing with sample/fabric management, market research and general office administration. Looking for an Administrator with excellent organisational and business support skills to play a pivotal role in supporting the business and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all samples are logged on the inventory system and are stored appropriately
  • Keeping records of where samples are sent, to whom and for how long, logging them in and out of the inventory system, chasing returns and storing once returned
  • Ensure that the designer and account managers have a complete and up to date library of all fabrics
  • Organise the photography of sample garments, toys and gifts
  • Pack, unpack and prepare samples to send to clients for review or in preparation for client meetings or for the business development team to take to clients
    • Follow up on delegated actions from meetings
    • Do online research for new trends/ products and competitive shopping and reporting feedback for the business development and design teams
  • Ensuring that office stocks are maintained (stationery, kitchen etc)
  • Manage logistics including couriers, postage, travel
  • Support the H&S activities
  • Being the front-face of the company, meeting and greeting clients and visitors and arranging refreshments

Experience Required:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Graduate in fashion related subject or fashion qualifications desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Use of Mac preferred
