PART TIME FCA CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADMINISTRATOR – OLNEY – £27,300 pro-rota
We are looking for an experienced individual that will report directly into the Director of this Olney based organisation. So whether you are looking to subsidise your current income, wish to work for a local company or just looking for the flexible part-time role this could be a great opportunity for you.

Daily duties are likely to involve:-
* General administration, input information on to the internal database
* Working alongside the director ensuring that customer requirements are met
* Receiving incoming calls & emails and responding to general enquires
* Become familiar with the company products
* Following up customer enquires to see if they need any further information
In return, what we need from you:-
* Experience of working within the FCA, Legal or regulated environment
* Great customer service skills, verbally and written
* Demonstrate previous skills of writing/typing information that is grammatically correct
* Strong I.T skills, using Word, Microsoft Office and Office 365
* Be highly organised
Although this role is 10 – 12 hours per week, this could increase to more hours or even full time if it suited you and the business at a later date
