Are you a qualified or a part qualified Finance Manager with a self-starter mindset and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the property development and care sector?
Located in Harrogate our client is looking for a motivated individual who is looking to bring their ideas to a dedicated team working in a fast paced and growing dynamic property development business.
Skills Required:• Experience within finance management• Ideally fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)• Proven ability to manage complex accounts positions across multiple entities.• Strong understanding of year-end statutory accounts and audit processes.• Excellent bookkeeping skills.• Effective cash flow management and forecasting experience.• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:• Complex Accounts Management• Year-End Statutory Accounts• Day-to-Day Bookkeeping• Management Accounts• Cash Flow Management• Payment Processing• Financial Reporting• Collaborate with a small team offering financial expertise and guidance.
