Part Time School Finance Manager
15 Hours (2 days per week) Term Time Only + 10 Days – to start as soon as possible
Scale SO1 (Point 23-25) Actual £11,522 to £12,194 approximately.
Hawksworth Wood Primary school is a friendly and welcoming school close to both the Kirkstall and Horsforth areas of Leeds and has been consistently graded ‘Good’ by OFSTED. We are seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to start as soon as possible.
We wish to employ an enthusiastic and highly motivated School Finance Manager with a proven school financial background to efficiently and effectively manage all the financial aspects of the school and advise on the longer term strategic direction, to enable an effective teaching function:
The successful candidate will;
- Have experience of working in School Finance and Budget Management
- Be competent with IT systems - Previous experience using FMS/SIMs is desirable.
- Be highly organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines with great attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated and flexible.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a high regard for confidentiality.
