Part-Time Financial Controller (3 days a week) | Fast Growth Luxury Retail Brand | London / Hybrid
Harmonic are delighted to be working with a scaling luxury product design business in their search for a commercially-minded Financial Controller to join their growing team on a part time basis. As the business continues its impressive international expansion, they are looking for a Financial Controller who can have a strong impact and make changes, acting as an advisor to help the business to succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who genuinely cares about its employees and where progression is actively encouraged.
Reporting directly into the Founder, you will be working closely with the senior leadership team to influence key business decisions as well as having responsibility for the day-to-day running of the finance function. This role would suit an ambitious and driven finance professional who is keen to join a business which is extremely innovative but also values driven. With excellent career development opportunities to a Finance Director role, you will be supported by a junior finance team.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the day-to-day financial operations
- Manage annual budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow and forecasting management
- Working as a finance business partner to collaborate with several teams in supply chain operations, marketing, design and sales
- Producing budgets and forecasts
- Implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes
- Management of an accountant and the operations team
- Operational duties including supporting on pricing decisions
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (qualified by experience candidate also considered)
- Strong management accounting experience
- Experience working in a product/ stock business (retail, fashion, food & beverage, cosmetics, furniture etc)
- Proven team management experience
- Proactive and confident approach
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 (pro-rated to £40,000-£48,000 for 3 days work) + benefits
Start date: ASAP
