Hays Accountancy and Finance are working with a leading manufacturing company whom committed to excellence, innovation, and growth. This organisation are planning on expandin our operations, as they are seeking a talented and experienced Inteirm Financial Controller to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage cost accounting, inventory control, and production analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Professioinal Qualified Accountant
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
