A Small Charity, based on women's health outcomes globally, are looking for an Interim Financial Controller to join their finance team of 6, initially for a 12 month period.
Description
Main responsibilities:
- Provide financial leadership and support to all aspects of the business.
- Huge emphasis on system and process improvements
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies and policies.
- Collaborate with senior management on financial planning, reporting and analysis
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Profile
A successful Interim FC should:
- Be fully Qualified (Ideally ACA/CA)
- Have Charity SORP experience
- Have a strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Have extensive experience enhancing systems and processes
- Be able to hit the ground running
