We are looking for a Food Runner who will support the chef de rang and restaurant manager in tasks they might assign to you. You will be a team player with a good work ethic, who wants to learn the needed skills in order to progress.
Key Responsibilities:
● Clean and set up to ensure all areas of the restaurant are ready for service.
● Working closely with dishwashers to ensure that there is always clean crockery and cutlery.
● Delivering food to the correct sections of the restaurant.
● Ensuring the pass is full at the start of and throughout service.
● Supporting the senior waiters to clear tables.
● Deep cleaning of the restaurant
● Be presentable at all times when on the floor
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a keen ability to listen.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to stay composed and efficient in a bustling environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
