Join Our Client's Team as Governance Compliance Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: West of EdinburghHours: 17.5 per week - Hybrid (60/40) and flexitime availableSalary: GBP36,000 to GBP40,000 (pro rata)Benefits: 25 annual leave days, 15 public holidays (pro rata), pension scheme & free fruit!

As a Governance Compliance Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in monitoring compliance, developing dashboards, and supporting both our client's parent company and subsidiary Boards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Strategic Performance Information (SPI)

  • Collate and validate SPI statistics.
  • Prepare performance reports for Boards.
  • Develop and maintain a dashboard of SPI results.

Ensure and Monitor Compliance

  • Oversee compliance with FOI and Subject Access Requests.
  • Monitor Internal Audit Outstanding Actions report.
  • Track the delivery of Board and Committee actions.

SMT Support

  • Prepare reports on GDPR breaches, Complaints, and more.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with the Data Protection Policy.

Boards Support

  • Co-ordinate issuance of Board and Committee papers.
  • Minute-taking at various Board meetings.
  • Prepare reports and governance registers.

Customer/Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage and promote our client's work to stakeholders.

Additional Duties:

  • Comply with health and safety policies.
  • Adhere to GDPR, confidentiality, and Code of Conduct.
