We are a group of recruitment agencies with a Head Office in Birmingham City Centre. We have a vacancy for a Part Time HR Advisor / Assistant to work a hybrid of office and from home.
Ideally the successful candidate will have be part-CIPD qualified or be studying towards it and will have some HR experience already.
The role includes: Onboarding new starters, background checks, booking training courses, overseeing attendance, assisting compile payroll reports, return to work interviews, the leaver process, managing welfare cases, providing HR support to managers. There will be opportunities to gain experience in other areas such as consultations, TUPE, specific case work etc and we are looking for an individual who can contribute to our employee welfare and retention projects, lead in some cases.
You must have excellent communication skills, be very organised and be able to manage multiple workloads and priorities.
The role is Part Time, 24 hours per week, and these will be split between home and one of our offices, the main base being Birmingham. It is essential the candidate does have own transport and can with prior notice travel to one of our other locations. In return we can be relatively flexible when discussing hours. The salary displayed is pro rata.
