Ardeta Search is partnering with a Global Logistics Organisation to recruit a Part-Time HR & Payroll Advisor on 12 month fixed term contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a highly professional and effective first point of contact for all internal customer inquiries regarding Time Management.
- Resolve employee queries related to Absence Management and Payroll processes and systems, escalating issues when necessary.
- Adhere to defined SLA metrics, ensuring the provision of accurate, consistent, and timely services.
- Execute back-office processes, manage high-volume transactions, and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct relevant research to support query resolution.
- Execute processes in accordance with policies and standard operating procedures.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on Time Management System and Payroll queries.
- Support ad hoc projects and activities related to HR
Skills
- Strong Payroll experience, need to have processed up to 200 plus. Experience with shift patterns and absence management is highly advantageous
- Strong Excel Skills
- Experience with Mitre Tech or Workday is highly desirable.
This is an exciting role working with a brilliant organisation paying between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum for a 12 month basis.
