Job Title: Part-time HR Assistant
Location: London Office
Working Hours: 2 or 3 full days per week
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 full time to be pro rata’ed down

Key Tasks:
- Administrative Support: Maintain company records, prepare correspondence, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Employee Lifecycle Assistance: Support all stages of the employee lifecycle including leave management, training coordination, and performance appraisal assistance.
- Payroll and HR System Management: Assist with monthly payroll tasks and ensure HR systems are up to date.
- Recruitment Support: Aid in recruitment activities including advertising, record-keeping, and interview coordination.
- New Starter and Leaver Coordination: Manage arrangements for new hires and departing employees.
- Payroll and Benefits Support: Provide assistance with payroll processing and handle employee queries regarding benefits.
- Meeting Assistance: Take meeting notes and assist with documentation as needed.
- Employee Queries Handling: Address routine inquiries related to employment terms, policies, and benefits.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports as required.
- Committee Support: Assist with company committees focusing on wellbeing, mental health, and diversity & inclusion.
- Project Assistance: Support ad-hoc HR or business-related projects as required.
- General Administration: Undertake various administrative tasks including filing, copying, printing, and scanning.

- Flexibility: Fulfill any additional duties as reasonably requested.
