Part Time Hr Business Partner 12 Month Ftc

We're excited to be working with a well known, international organisation based in central Cambridge. They are looking for an experienced HR professional to join a talented HR team on an initial 12 Month fixed term contract. The role can be offered on a hybrid basis and can be flexible with Part Time hours of 3 days and above.

Main duties will include:

• Coaching and mentoring line managers
• Providing managers with HR advice
• Undertaking meetings
• Leading HR projects
• Ad-hoc HR duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience within a similar HR role
• The ability to build relationships with colleagues
• Fantastic communication skills
• Strong team work skills and the ability to work autonomously when required
