A super, PART TIME opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a friendly and long established law firm in their Bradford city centre office. As a LEGAL SECRETARY you will be providing secretarial and administrative support to two solicitors. Based in the Private Client department, the work will involve general Litigation and Probate. This is a varied and interesting role. Duties will include:
- Digital dictation and audio typing of various legal documents and letters
- Managing diaries and organising appointments for the Solicitors
- Liaising with clients and client care
- Dealing with email and telephone correspondence
- General administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Secretary who is looking for a role that will provide a work/ life balance within a supportive and welcoming office. Legal experience is not required.
