Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to apply their expertise in administration, copywriting, and marketing to support the growth of the department.
Short Benefits:
- Based in Weybridge
- GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 (pro rata)
- 2 days per week 08:30 - 17:30

Job specification:
- Coordinate tasks and projects within the department, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting deadlines.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance our brand's presence.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and reports for departmental efficiency.
Person specification:
- Proven administrative experience, with a strong ability to coordinate tasks and manage projects.
- Good writing skills, possibly with experience in copywriting
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
