This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who has worked for 2+ years in a marketing role, ideally within a small or medium sized financial services organisation.
This is a hands-on role, requiring direct knowledge of a range of marketing tools and platforms. You should have experience of managing company social media accounts and setting up paid online ads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively, and you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives.
Job Description:
- Working with an agency to maintain and enhance brand management
- Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and display advertising
- Develop compelling and relevant content for the website, blog, and social media platforms to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase our social media presence and engagement across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Vimeo
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns
- Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Manage marketing campaigns to promote the organisation
- Assist with the implementation and administration of CRM software
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within a small or medium sized organisation in financial services
- Experience of managing company social media accounts and growing follower numbers and engagement levels
- Experience in setting up and optimising paid ads on Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Adwords
- Experience of using a range of marketing tools (eg Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Buffer, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey) and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
