My client are a reputable legal firm based in Surrey, seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both online and offline marketing, with a proven track record of managing budgets and delivering quantifiable results.

Day to day of the role:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the firm's services.
• Oversee the firm's online presence, including website management, content creation, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as events, seminars, and print advertising campaigns.
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to create and distribute marketing materials.
• Work closely with the firm's partners and associates to develop marketing collateral that aligns with legal industry standards and the firm's brand voice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the legal sector or a related professional services field.
• Demonstrable experience managing marketing campaigns and working with budgets.
• Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing channels and strategies.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus.
