Part Time Medical Secretary

My client is looking for a Part Time MedicaL Secretary for 3 days per week

Ideal days Tues, Weds and Thurs

Hrs 8.30-4.30

Rate £13-14p/h

The main duties include

• Supporting the Registered Clinician with letters and general documentation
• Arranging and scheduling meetings to include liaising with commissioners and external teams
• Supporting all meetings as minute taker, checking, completing within given deadlines.
• Co-ordinating the hospital diary and the whereabouts of the clinicians
• Maintaining basic data in Carenotes system
