They seek individuals with experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years. Your previous experiences will be valued here, and collaboration with colleagues is encouraged. Responsibilities:
- Maintain awareness of children's health and safety at all times
- Recognise and accommodate each child's unique learning stage by adjusting activities accordingly
- Assist with meal times and hygiene routines
- Ensure the safeguarding of children at all times
- Cultivate positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to facilitate effective communication
- Assist in maintaining records of children's daily activities, including meals and other pertinent details
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and support the room leader with tasks and routines
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or obtainable through Randstad)
- Previous experience working with children
- Level 2 qualification or equivalent preferred
- Awareness of health and safety protocols
- Friendly, approachable demeanour
- Familiarity with the EYFS curriculum desirable
- Eligibility to work in the UK
