Part-Time Nursery Assistant

Your new company
At Hays Education we are always looking to supply nurseries and schools with Teaching Assistants, and we have recently had an increase in demand for these roles across EYFS. We are now currently seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to work at some fantastic nurseries across the Blackpool area on a long-term basis. These nurseries look for enthusiastic individuals who can come in and hit the ground running, providing an extra helping hand supporting the children. These roles are available on a part-time basis, depending on your preference.
Your new role
Your new role will see you working with children aged 0-5 and your job will be to participate in imaginative play with the children to promote the children\'s learning and development. You will be implementing a range of exciting, creative activities appropriate for children, to challenge the children to promote their development and increase their confidence as independent learners. You should be confident in working with various ability pupils and immersing yourself in daily activities. This can be a great role for those looking to gain more experience working with children.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess recent experience working with children. As the nursery is recruiting immediately, it would be ideal if you can jump straight into the role, however, do not let this put you off applying, as we are always receiving new roles. SEN experience would also be desirable in this role, however it is not essential.
What you\'ll get in return
In return, you will be paid up to £25,000 full-time equivalent, dependent on experience, and will be working in this successful nursery where you will become an integral part of a welcoming team of practitioners. You will therefore have the opportunity to further develop your own teaching assistant skills and experience. A dedicated consultant will always be on hand should you have any questions or concerns.
