Form of workAn exciting role has arisen for an experienced Pensions Solicitor to join a successful team, based in the Southampton office of this Legal 100 law firm.
The role is part time (3 or 4 days a week) with very flexible hybrid working. You can work remotely from home if it suits you.
The pensions department acts for a wide variety clients with work that includes group reorganisations and mergers, scheme design and benefit changes and general Pensions & Finance Acts matters. The team advises on all aspects of pension advice (for employee or trustee) from salary sacrifice arrangements and pension disputes, to work place pensions and defined benefit issues.
You’ll be given the opportunity to deal with a wide range of challenging work as well as a great deal of client contact.
