Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Duties of the Role:- Diary Management
- Liaising with clients via email and phone
- Import and Export management
- Managing shipments
- Assisting with inspections
- Independently manage office operations while the Managing Director is travelling.
- Proactively tackle any tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant/Administrator or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
