Personal Assistant to Director / £30,000 - £33,000 / Hybrid / Gravesend My client, a leading global distributor, is seeking a PA to support a Senior Director and their division, in providing effective secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the division.
Key Responsibilities:- Diary management
- Travel organisation
- Organising of conference calls
- Minute taking
- Organising events
- Managing office and stationary
- General admin support for the division
Essential skills and experience:- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
- Experience maintaining confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail in planning and execution
- Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours when required
Package:- £30,000 to £33,000 per annum
- Hybrid working available - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
