Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Payment runs
- Matching purchase order’s and delivery notes
- Request and chase up approvals of invoices
- Support in daily monitoring of the email inbox
- General office duties
- Ad hoc duties as requested by the Financial Controller
Person Specification:
- Experience in a similar role
- Good with use of systems and Excel
- Good interpersonal skills
