A temporary role for an initial period of three months.
Working 8.30am - 4.0pm each Tuesday and Wednesday
Duties include:-
- First point of contact for the company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.
- Deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
- Perform data entry and maintain office calendars and schedules.
- Maintaining security for our area's by providing passes to visitors and staff.
- Duties include offering administrative support across the team
- Answer phone
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly schedule sheet
- Sort and distribute mail - Frank out-going mail
- Distribute Milk (every Wednesday)
- Deal with couriers - Daily deliveries
- Keep reception/stock room clean and free from clutter
- Ad hoc duties when required
- Print New Starter Passes & order blank cards when required
- Maintain stock levels of stationary around the office - printer paper
- Maintain stock levels of kitchen items - Tea, Coffee, sugar, milk etc.
