Part time Receptionist
The hourly rate for this role is £11.44, 20 hours per week, and the working hours are as follows:
Wednesdays: 8am to 1pm
Thursdays: 12.30pm to 7pm
Are you looking for a part-time Receptionist/Administrator position? Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our client based in Newport Pagnell.
This temp to perm position starts in the 1st week of April, but you'll have the chance to shadow a few shifts at the end of March. Plus, you'll be part of a small and friendly team!
Occasional Saturday work may be required, but don't worry, we plan those shifts well in advance when the full-Time Receptionist is on leave. ?
Candidates with a DBS check are desirable due to our client's industry. If you already have one, that's a plus!
As a Receptionist/Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
? Greeting patients and visitors with a smile
? Answering calls promptly and courteously
? Managing appointments using our computerised system
? Ensuring the smooth running of clinics
? Handling general enquiries efficiently
? Informing patients of test results
? Assisting with till duties and sales reports
? Managing stock orders and deliveries
? Performing general office duties
To excel in this role, you'll need to be proactive, adaptable, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in dealing with the public, especially in stressful situations, is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good typing skills, and the ability to multitask are essential.
