Our client is looking for a part-Time Receptionist to work on a temporary basis for 4 weeks.
The hours of work are 1pm - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a smartly presented, friendly and efficient receptionist, with excellent client facing skills and a warm and professional telephone manner.
Your role will be:
- To greet all visitors to reception
- To inform the correct person that their visitor is in reception
- To handle incoming deliveries and pass these to the correct person
- To answer incoming calls, take messages where necessary, or pass the call to the correct person/department
- To deal with the franking and the outgoing post
- To deal with special post - recorded delivery etc
- To book meeting rooms
- Other ad-hoc administration as required
