Our client in the Solihull area is looking for an experienced Part-Time Receptionist to join their fast paced and customer facing team.
Benefits:
- Salary - 22,000 pro rota DOE
- Hours - Tuesday & Thursday 09:00am to 17:30pm and Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm
- 22hrs per week

Role & Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors when they arrive on site.
- Answering queries with clients and the public via telephone and email.
- Provide a professional service to clients and support where required.
- Screening inbound calls and forwarding them to the relevant department.
- General administrative duties when required.
- To be able to commute to the Sheldon office to provide holiday/Sickness cover when required for other receptionists.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience within a similar role.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A good work ethic, self-motivated and systematic.
