Your new role
Working as a Part-Time Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact to all visitors to the organisation as well as dealing with ad-hoc administrative duties as part of the role.
Job duties
- Meeting and greeting all visitors, ensure they are booked and understand on-site health and safety procedures
- Handling in-bound calls to the main switchboard, re-directing calls and taking messages
- Organisation and distribution of post, incoming and outgoing
- Taking receipt of parcels from couriers
- Ad-hoc administrative duties, including helping internal teams with their administrative workload, scanning, filing, proof checking and data input.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll ideally have experience of working in a reception / front of house, or administrative-based role. You'll be available to start at short notice. This role is expected to last for around 3 months with a chance of an extension. You'll be a friendly and professional candidate.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role to start ASAP, the role is paying £11.50 per hour. Working hours are 8.30am - 5pm, 30 minutes for lunch. This is an office-based role. This is a part-time role, working days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, these days are non-negotiable. The anticipated duration of the role is 6 months, with a possible extension.
