PART-TIME RECRUITERS – RE/MAX England & Wales

Around 20 hours per week, flexible schedule

£11.44 per hour

The brand is synonymous with providing first-class real estate services for buyers and sellers alike and has an enviable reputation for client engagement and retention. The planned expansion of the brand within the UK will gather significant pace through 2024, and to support this the company is strengthening its’ head office team with the appointment of additional recruiters.

The main purpose of the roles is to drive and support the growth of our network of real estate Associates and independent franchises across both England and Wales.

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Advertising the various roles within the business and ensuring the adverts are attractive, informative and engaging.

· Interviewing candidates on the phone, providing them with information about our company and the roles applied for.

· Scheduling candidates for interviews with senior managers.

· Targeting candidates with relevant experience and skills through LinkedIn connection and messaging.

· Identifying potential candidates through various platforms including CV Library, downloading CVs and engaging with those candidates directly.

· Posting engaging content/adverts on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok.

You will:

· Have a confident telephone manner

· Possess excellent time management skills

· Are well organised

· Have a positive attitude in general

· Possess effective problem-solving skills

· Want to work in a positive and progressive environment
