An exciting role has become available for a PART TIME Registered Service Manager in the Crawley Area.
Staff – Large staff team to support.
Role:
- You will take the overall responsibility for the home, managing the onsite team and development of them.
- Undertake supervisions and appraisals
- Overall responsibility for quality and consistency across the service
- Alert and report any safeguarding issues
- Responsible for QA checks and measures and KPI returns
- Dealing with external departments
Requirements for the role;
- Must be a driver, must be able to work from the service at majority of the time
- Previous experience in a managing a positive behaviour supported living service is essential, to have a wealth of expertise and knowledge of learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
- They need to be, empathetic, resilient and robust individual with a genuine passion.
- Previously holding a registration is not essential but willing to hold the registration for this service is.
- Vast Knowledge of CQC standards
- NVQ Level 4 in Social Care Management
