Our Client, a very busy Human Rights Lawyer is urgently seeing a remote part-time PA/EA to assist with both personal matters and business concerns. They need a remote PA/ EA who is used to working over multiple time zones with UHNWI.
The Client travels a great deal and works internationally between India, the UK and USA. They are a Chairperson of 3 companies, have a portfolio of real estate property, and are also a researcher at major USA Universities. Involved over all of these concerns and more, the PA will primarily assist with managing diaries and inbox management (covering multiple email accounts). You will liaise between the Client’s offices and other key stakeholders, fulfil sourcing and organising of personal gifting and carry out online personal shopping.
Suitable candidates will be structured, systemic and hyper-organised with excellent attention to detail. They should be able to manage task trackers given by the Client, be dependable and proactive, and extremely tech-savvy.
A degree of flexibility in working schedule can be allowed in this role, as the Client doesn’t necessarily need to talk directly to the PA on a daily basis, however candidates need to be accountable with consistent positive communications. Occasional evening accessibility (reflecting the Client’s travel over time-zones) may be required, in addition to occasional weekend availability
Candidates should be UK-based, able to permanently commit to 10-20 hours per week (with a greater commitment possible as the relationship and trust between the Client and PA grows over time)
