As a Sales Advisor based in our Northampton Branch you will be responsible for:
Serving customers on the trade counter providing product information and processing orders ensuring customer satisfaction.
Answering incoming calls and emails, responding with a professional and proactive approach.
Working as part of the branch team and support in the warehouse, dealing with goods in/out and picking customer orders.
This is a Part Time role working 20 hours per week
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers to provide outstanding customer service.
Industry experience would be beneficial however not essential as full training can be provided.
Sales or customer service experience
Willingness to learn and open to ask questions to take onboard all of the training available
