We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, an interest in sales and strong telephone skills.
This is a great opportunity to begin or develop a career in sales. All ranges of experience will be considered. It is your attitude and transferable skills which are important. There will be a structured induction programme to ensure you are provided the knowledge and support needed to be successful in this role.
Main Responsibilities
- Maximising customer sales by offering added value options in pricing, services and products.
- Processing Stock and Indent customer orders - completing administrative processes to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time.
- Responding to customer enquiries by providing prices, product information, quotes and samples. Also responding to customer complaints and resolving issues by liaising with the Logistics and Credit Control teams to maintain effective customer relationships.
- Using our Customer Relationship Management System to gather and retain key information to support the next call, deepening your relationships and communicating with the wider team.
- Supporting the Field Sales team in developing their customer portfolio by proactively selling products/services.
- Interacting and trading with suppliers by providing detailed order information to meet specific customer needs.
If you have experience as a Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, Sales Administrator, Customer Service Advisor or in a similar role, or an interest in developing skills in these areas, we would love to hear from you.

Essential Skills
