- (MUST HAVE PRIOR SECRETARIAL EXPERIENCE)
- Strong Communication Skills
- Warm and Welcoming Demeanour
- Highly organised
- Tech Savvy with Proficiency in Word and Excel
YOUR ROLE:
- General administration
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
- Craft engaging correspondence with clients
- Manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Organise team social events
