A lovely primary school in East Dulwich are looking for a Teaching Assistant on a part-time basis to join their school to support children with their learning.
The Role
The school are looking for a part-time class Teaching Assistant to work within two classes, year 2 and year 4 (Wednesday to Friday). You will be based within the classroom providing learning support to pupils working at all levels. You will lead small groups in reading, literacy and maths as directed by the class teacher. Your role will include supporting the teachers with administrative duties, preparing lessons and activities and covering break duties.
The school are interested in applications from both experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates looking towards a career in education and those with experience working with children. Ideally you will be from a Musical Theatre/Drama background, but more importantly, you must be fun!
This Class Teaching Assistant position is to start as soon as possible. This role is offered on a part-time basis until July 2024.
