Part-time Teaching Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-time Teaching Assistant fluent in Mandarin to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in providing support to our Mandarin language teachers and creating a conducive learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Mandarin language teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with Mandarin language learning.
• Assist in creating educational materials and resources in Mandarin.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Support students in their language development, including pronunciation, vocabulary, and comprehension.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
• Previous experience working in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
• A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their language learning goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Responsible, reliable, and committed to supporting students' learning journey.
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Hours:
Part-time hours based on the school's schedule during term time.
