My client Is a boutique European Software Investor looking for a part-time candidate to cover a 9-month maternity cover. You will be working as a Team Assistant, supporting three Partners. You will be working 24 hours per week across four days with Mondays working from home. The hours can be flexible. Offices are based in the heart of the west end. You must have previous experience in a similar role. My client is looking for a candidate to start asap.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy TA role where you will be working closely with the EA/OM supporting three Partners and the wider team.
- Extensive diary management
- Inbox management, acting as the gatekeeper
- International travel booking
- Travel Itineraries, booking couriers and hotels
- Expense management
- Some private duties
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have experience in a similar role, within Finance or Professional services. You will be the type of candidate who is adaptable, proactive and outstanding communication skills.
Essential requirements:
- 1 to 2 + years experience in a similar role
- A strong interest in Finance
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent IT skills, thorough knowledge of MS Office packages
- Impeccable written & verbal communication skills
- Proactive nature, ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good use of initiative, can work independently
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
