Part Time Telesales Executive
Our client is looking for a motivated part-time Telesales Representative to contribute to generating new sales for the company.
You will be responsible for making cold calls reaching out to prospective customers to introduce their services, close deals and make appointments for the sales team.
The applicant must possess excellent communication skills, not be afraid of hard work and have a persuasive nature. They must be confident on the telephone and able to handle and deal with objectives.
They will play a key role working alongside the Management Team in growing the business through various telesales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Cold call potential new customers
- Enter and update customer information onto an in-house database
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Generate leads using various online sources
Requirements
- Somebody who does not take No easily
- A bubbly friendly outgoing personality
- An excellent command of the English Language
- A car driver
- Experience of working in the courier industry either in a customer service or sales environment hugely advantageous
- Proven experience as telesales or other sales/customer service role which was driven by targets
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection in a positive and friendly manner
- Driven by targets and rewards and hungry to do well
- A car driver
- Able to work on own initiative, and as part of a team player
