Part Time Temp Admin (26 hours per week) 4 Days Bury St Edmunds Immediate start £12 per hour

A prestigious and well respected manufacturing business with offices in Bury St Edmunds.
Your new role
This is a new part-Time Temporary admin role with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. You will be working with a streamlined and experienced team covering a wide variety of duties which will include but not limited to:

• Sales order entry on ERP & CRM systems.
• Shipping documentation.
• Time-sheet entry.
• Purchasing support and admin.
• Answering and transferring calls to the right department.
• Sending out invoices and dealing with collections.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this part-Time Temporary admin job you will need to be immediately available with previous administration experience, great IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to manage your own workloads as well as work as part of a small team. You will need to be highly organised, have great attention to detail and enjoy a varied admin role.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a pretty immediate start working 26 hours per day (flexible on when these are worked) 100% office based. The hourly rate of £12 per hour is based on experience.
