As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating operations within the Material Management Warehouse, supporting the Segment Manager and Senior Management in implementing company policies and procedures. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in aviation supply chain management and a strong commitment to achieving optimum stock turn and handling for the company.
Day to Day of the role:- Support Management in achieving Divisional and Company targets.
- Adhere to all documented Company Quality System procedures during operational duties.
- Prioritize and conduct material orders/movements efficiently.
- Handle items in compliance with company/airworthiness directives.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Foster a teamwork approach and demonstrate commercial awareness.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in line with company policy, ensuring safety and organization.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize SAP and other business tools effectively.
- Maintain administrative systems and provide accurate documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Meet set targets and objectives.
- Operate cross-functionally across Warehouse functions.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Segment Manager.
- Participate in the On-Call Roster.
- Experience in the aviation supply chain is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with various departments.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a pressurized environment.
- Experience working to KPIs in a target-led environment.
- Knowledge of UK CAA / EASA Part 145 regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Forklift truck operation experience and relevant training certification preferred.
- Full UK Driving License.
