SalaryOffice Angels are delighted to be supporting an Education Client across two sites within Royston and central Cambridge, we are looking to find a Finance Assistant to join their fantastic team immediately on a Part Time basis. This a great opportunity for anyone with finance experience and keen to work within an education setting.
JOB TITLE:Temporary Finance Assistant
HOURS: 25-35 hours per week -(flexible)
COMPANY: Education
LOCATION: supporting two sites, Royston and central Cambridge
SALARY: 12-13 per hour
START DATE: ASAP
TERM: Temporary ongoing with the potential to go permanent
As a Finance Assistant you will:
- Operate Sage 200, including ordering, issuing invoices/credit notes, processing invoices, payments and invoices
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Keeping petty cash records
- Assist with the preparation of order, receiving and checking deliveries and payment of invoices for debtors and creditors
- Assist with the preparation of cash for banking
- Any other administrative duties as required
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have previous experience within a finance-based role
- IT Literate and confident with Excel & Finance systems (Ideally Sage 200)
- Experience of working within an Educational Environment would be desirable
