Location: Chipping Norton / Enstone Oxfordshire (Remote or Office-Based)
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in transport coordination and administration? We are currently seeking a Part-Time Transport Administrator to join our clients team near Chipping Norton. Our client, offers the flexibility of working either from home or the office.
Responsibilities:
- Booking transport and coordinating logistics efficiently.
- Liaising with haulage firms to ensure smooth operations.
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email.
- Maintaining accurate records of transportation activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimise transportation processes.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in booking transport and dealing with haulage firms.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work approximately 20 hours per week, spread across 5 days (Monday to Friday).
Salary: Up to 25,000 pro rata
