JOB ROLE: Team Administrator - HYBRID! 3 MONTHS +
JOB TYPE: TEMPORARY and PART/TIME
COMPANY: Our client is a leading membership not for profit who are based in the heart of Old Street, and are passionate about the work and support they provide to their members!
HOURS: 09:30 - 17:30pm (3 days a week)
SALARY: 18.00- 20.00 per hour ( 30,000 - 35,000 p/a)
LOCATION: Nearest Tube: Barbican
CULTURE: This company has a collaborative and professional culture with a very fast paced atmosphere. This role would be perfect for a candidate with a team administration assistant background who is looking to gain more experience within supporting wider teams.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Supporting two direct departments with day-to-day operations
- Typing, printing, distribution and filing and archiving of correspondence and reports
- Checking/Processing of invoices
- Compiling statistics and reporting - primarily in excel
- Compiling large documentation i.e case papers and putting into digital versions
- Day to day use of the CRM, ensuring all members details are up to date and cleansing when needed
- Supporting with customer enquiries and responding to the shared email inboxes and taking incoming phone enquiries
- Experience of working in a membership/not for profit organisation
- Supporting with meeting preparations such as minute taking, preparation of agendas and distribution of papers
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Previous experience in administration is required
- Experience within general PA duties needed: complex diary management, arranging travel and taking minutes
- Reliable and personable
- Ability to be professional in corporate environments
- Very organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to use Microsoft Platforms
- Very good attention to detail/accuracy in work
- Utilising Microsoft Office 365 - Word and Excel are vital to intermediate standard. Familiarity with Teams
- Can work independently to set processes
- Understands importance of timely work/can meet strict deadlines
