SalaryOur Client, a Commercial Insurance Broker with a market leading presence, is looking for an Underwriter to join their close knit and supportive working environment.
This role would suit someone with Insurance experience who enjoys dealing with the details of Insurance policies and risks and wants to work on a Part Time basis.
Our Client is able to support varied Part Time working patterns, with a combination of some time being worked from home as well as their Town Centre office.
The main responsibilities of the Underwriter role includes:
- Developing an understanding of their Commercial Insurance products
- Managing a renewal book and quoting and binding new risks
Detailed training and support will be provided to enable you to operate successfully at a high level.
To be successful as an Underwriter you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience within underwriting or an Insurance background with an interest in underwriting, you will be considered
- Strong communication, time management and IT skills
