Part-Time Virtual Personal Assistant

As a Part-Time Virtual Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting with various administrative and operational tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: - Manage email correspondence and prioritise communication. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations.
- Data Entry and Organisation - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using project management tools and software. Organise and manage company files and documentation.
- Communication - Act as a point of contact between team members and external stakeholders. Handle inquiries and provide timely and professional responses.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
Job offer:
- Part time hours
- Up to GBP160 a day
- Remote working
- Must be based in the UK
