Part-Time Website Builder/Designer

Main Duties

Hi! We’re an exciting startup looking to sell eco-friendly designer connecting wooden toys featuring only endangered animals! We’re looking to launch in 12 months and are looking for a responsive and responsible webpage/website designer/builder to help us build our online presence. Design and copywriting elements will be provided. We’re a start-up so can’t pay commercial rates yet but will honour the London Living Wage if you’re based in London or the appropriate hourly rate where you are.

We’d love to explore how you can join us, and potentially on a journey!

Skills and Experience Required

We really want a team player who is flexible and able to handle some bumps (inherent in working with a start-up). Would be wonderful if you’ve build at least 2 websites/webpages before.

As to the skills we need:

• Programming Skills (Shopify/Wix/Wordpress)
• Basic SEO skills
• Basic graphic design
• Content creation
• Understanding of cybersecurity
• Understaning of payment systems (Shopify/Paypal)
• Time Management
