SalaryWe are looking for a proactive Part-time Hospitality Professional to work for a vibrant Commercial Property company in Central Bristol. This role is idea for a candidate looking for part-time hours and wanting to utilise their proven customer service and coordination skills. Some flexibility in hours but Monday- Friday
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting business visitors in a professional manner
- Managing meeting room facilities and bookings
- Answering calls, forwarding messages and arranging potential delivery
- Coordinating viewings with letting agents
- Assisting with enquiries or complaints
- Monitoring any facility contractors onsite
- Some social media marketing
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience e.g. events, hospitality
- Takes initiative
- Smart presentation
- Great interpersonal skills
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- Social media marketing desirable
- Happy to help with out of hours events
